Pennsylvania Department of Banking.
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation was named receiver.
Successor Bank: All deposit accounts, excluding certain brokered deposits, have been transferred to VIST Bank, Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. VIST Bank History: Established in 1999 as Allegiance Bank Of North America
